Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist (U.S. Wealth Solutions focus) to join the New York Marketing team. This role is integral to the business development efforts and will work closely with sales, product, compliance, and other teams across the firm.

What you will do:

• Execute day-to-day retail marketing activities
• Support channel marketing lead with through project management and execution
• Take ownership of smaller projects and drive tasks in support of larger initiatives
• Help create more overall capacity for the team to meet the growing demand from our distribution partners and to allow for more in-depth content and sales support focus among senior members of the team

The qualities you should have:

• 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience with registered mutual funds, preferably with an asset management firm
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or related field
• Excellent communication and writing skills including proofreading and editing
• Proven ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize time efficiently when faced with multiple projects
• Highly detail-oriented and proven analytic and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mentality with proven experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong customer service orientation

Base Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
