Who we are looking for:
First Eagle is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of an Analytics Specialist / Business Analyst on the Institutional team. The candidate must develop solid working relationships with internal clients to provide a high level of support.
What you will do:
- Develop KPIs, tools, and dashboards to facilitate business processes and increase productivity
- Gather, organize, and synthesize data to support strategy formulation and business planning
- Create reports for users and perform data analysis to ensure data can meet those needs; translate underlying data into interactive Tableau visualizations/dashboards
- Establish a self-service reporting community by collaborating with users to understand their reporting needs and guide them on how they can best leverage the reports
- Understand and translate business requirements into sustainable and efficient use of the CRM by its user base to leverage as a valuable sales tool
- Act as liaison between the users of the CRM system and the technology team
- Partner with the CRM consulting firm on various development and data integration projects
- Ensure data quality issues are analyzed as part of a governance process and recognize the importance and benefits of good data quality
- Enhance the existing self-service CRM reporting community by collaborating with users to understand their reporting needs and guide them on how they can best leverage the reports
- Evaluate CRM system upgrades and act as intermediary between existing and potential third-party vendors
- Create management reports to be used in sales presentations with First Eagle Senior Management and the Board
- Understand and translate business requirements into sustainable and efficient Tableau visualizations and reporting
- Perform ongoing maintenance of transactional reporting and territory management systems
- Perform ongoing administration, general support, and stewardship of the CRM system; includes data cleansing to ensure accuracy of records
- Provide daily support to end users, including primary support of CRM group mailbox and issue resolution
The qualities you should have:
- Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, reporting and analytics. Prior experience with an asset management firm or other financial services institution.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop & Server and Salesforce.com. Experience in designing visually appealing user interfaces with attention to performance and reusability is crucial.
- Superior computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of database management concepts
- Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements
- Proven strategic thinker, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Good communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- A collegial and collaborative team player capable of partnering both internally and externally
- Can do attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
Base Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
