This is a hybrid position based out of Feeding America’s Chicago office location. At Feeding America, we believe in offering a flexible work environment. Employees can be in the office an average of 2 days a week (when not travelling for work) and work from home on other days. Employees also have access to a 30-day “work anywhere” program during the course of each calendar year that can be combined with PTO and/or holidays.
The Opportunity

As such, we maintain transparent salary ranges and clearly defined practices for how our team, including new hire salary offers, moves through these ranges. You can expect us to offer the best salary up front based on these clearly defined pay practices with little room for negotiation. We make exceptions for highly experienced (multiple years of at-level experience) new hires in accordance with our pay practices. Once hired, employees have the opportunity to progress through salary ranges via regular merit increases and step promotions.
Salary Range: $71,000 - $76,000 Based on Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project cycle for integrated campaigns—direct mail, email, paid media, social, and influencers—keeping timelines, assets, and communications on track.
- Maintain campaign calendars and status updates across internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee asset workflow: coordinate reviews, trafficking, vendor handoff, and final approvals.
- Support campaign setup: tracking links, source codes, landing pages & form functionality coordination.
- Ensure creative assets meet brand, editorial, and platform requirements before deployment.
- Coordinate social media activations: track content, manage approval routing, and ensure execution handoff.
- Distribute finalized assets to external partners and media outlets.
- Assist with scheduling, presentations, and workflow setup using tools like Asana.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, asset libraries, and campaign records.
- Manage basic operational tasks: invoices, purchase orders, and logistics coordination.
- Contribute to meetings, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives—identifying process improvements and efficiency gains.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in marketing coordination, campaign operations, or project management.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of marketing and fundraising channels (email, direct mail, paid media, social), including asset requirements and tracking.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana), shared drives, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through, especially for document version control and asset accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—comfortable coordinating across teams and liaising with vendors.
- Familiarity with marketing operations—e.g., setup of tracking links, form testing, tag management.
- Prior exposure to nonprofit or fundraising environments.
- Basic competency with analytics platforms or reporting tools.
