Protect and manage critical patient information. This role ensures accurate handling of medical records in support of patient care and compliance.
Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0730–1630

Position Overview
Responsible for maintaining, processing, and safeguarding medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, file, and retrieve medical records
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Support record reviews and audits
- Manage record lifecycle and archiving
- Ensure compliance with privacy standards
- Utilize systems such as HAIMS and JLV
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in medical records management
- Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy standards
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HAIMS or JLV
