Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1700

Position Overview
Handles referral processing, tracking, and coordination between patients, providers, and external care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process referrals
- Verify benefits and eligibility
- Track referral status
- Coordinate appointments with specialists
- Maintain referral documentation
- Generate reports and metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Medical office experience
- Knowledge of referral processes
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with military referral systems
