Administrative Assistant – Credentialing job in Nellis AFB, Nevada
Play a critical role in ensuring provider readiness and patient safety. This position directly supports credentialing operations that enable healthcare providers to deliver care within a high-trust military environment.
Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1800 (varies)

Position Overview
Responsible for managing provider credentialing and privileging processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate provider records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credentialing files and provider documentation
- Coordinate reappointments and audits
- Verify licenses, certifications, and DEA registrations
- Update JCCQAS and credentialing systems
- Ensure compliance with DHA and regulatory requirements
- Track credentialing timelines and status
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ year administrative or credentialing experience
- Knowledge of credentialing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage confidential data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JCCQAS
- Prior military healthcare experience
