Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0630–1730 (variable shifts)

Position Overview
Manages surgical scheduling operations, ensuring accurate coordination of procedures, providers, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule surgical procedures and OR blocks
- Coordinate with surgeons and clinical teams
- Maintain scheduling systems
- Track availability of rooms and equipment
- Communicate schedule changes
- Ensure documentation accuracy
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in medical scheduling
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- Surgical scheduling experience
- Military healthcare experience
