Location: Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1800 (8–10 hour shifts, varies)

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant – Resource Management provides advanced administrative and program support to medical leadership, ensuring efficient execution of financial, staffing, and operational initiatives across the medical group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Support MEPRS, DMHRSi, ATAAPS, and UBO processes
- Track program performance metrics and resource utilization
- Coordinate administrative workflows across departments
- Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with financial tracking and reporting support
- Serve as liaison between departments and leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in military or federal healthcare setting
- Familiarity with DHA systems (MEPRS, DMHRSi)
