Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) job in Nellis AFB, Nevada
 
Guide service members through critical medical and disability processes. This highly impactful role supports wounded warriors and ensures they receive the benefits and care they deserve.
Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0730–1630
 
Position Overview
The PEBLO serves as a case manager and liaison within the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES), supporting service members through medical evaluation and benefits processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IDES case management activities
  • Counsel service members on disability processes and benefits
  • Track case progress and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with providers, command staff, and VA representatives
  • Assist with appeals and case reviews
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience with DoD disability systems or case management
  • Strong communication and counseling skills
  • Ability to manage complex cases
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior PEBLO experience
  • Military healthcare or VA experience
