Description

The Multimedia Coordinator’s main goal is to assist with creation of engaging, creative and entertaining video content for FC Dallas and North Texas SC marketing, game presentation, sponsorship, and sales. This position reports to the Multimedia Creative Manager within the Marketing department and will assist in contributing to all areas of the video production process, including editing and motion graphics.

The Marketing department functions as the internal production arm of the organization, collaborating with all internal departments. The Multimedia Coordinator will also assist with any other company goals and objectives as it relates to the clubs, Toyota Stadium, National Soccer Hall of Fame, Frisco Bowl, FC Dallas Youth, etc.

What you’ll do:

  • Create multimedia content for FC Dallas and North Texas SC marketing, game presentation, sponsorship, and sales.
  • Assist with coordination throughout video production process (video shoots, editing, animating, etc.).
  • Assist with editing, animating, and capturing video for any other projects relating to other FCD properties (Toyota Stadium, National Soccer Hall of Fame, Frisco Bowl, FC Dallas Youth, etc.).
  • Create content within a template as well as working within brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments and teams to develop creative and entertaining content.
  • Understanding of design aesthetic as well as trends and innovation across a variety of animated and digital mediums.
  • Archive, log, and maintain footage and files for organizational and archival use.
  • Assist as needed with freelancers, contract workers or interns (remote or on-site).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Creative and possess strong technical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Deadline-driven and can work in a fast-paced environment, high energy environment.
  • Able to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.
  • Adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work nights, weekend, and occasional irregular hours in different weather conditions.
  • Capable of representing the club in ethical and professional manners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field or certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Video Production, Editing, Multimedia, etc.
  • Must have experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Motion graphics experience required.
  • Knowledge of production equipment (Cameras, Audio, Lighting, etc.).
  • Must provide a demo reel/portfolio link in order to be considered for this opportunity, showcasing past and current work.
  • Spanish language communication skills (writing and verbal) a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
