Committed to advancing soccer at every level, FC Dallas and its affiliates operate the MLS NEXT Academy, extensive boys and girls youth programs (FCD Youth), and our MLS NEXT Pro team, North Texas SC.
Position Overview:
The Junior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, cross-functional support to the President’s Executive Assistant and the VP of Administration. This role plays a key part in coordinating events, projects, and daily operations across multiple FC Dallas entities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who ensures seamless executive coordination, clear communication, and efficient office operations. This position operates in a dynamic environment and requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support for all events, projects, and tasks
- Detail-oriented work with excellent problem-solving and judgment skills when executing assigned tasks.
- Complete projects and administrative duties by required deadlines.
- Coordination of meeting logistics (scheduling, location set-up, catering, materials preparation, technology support, etc.)
- Organization of travel arrangements (booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, creating itineraries, etc.)
- Reconcile and process expense reports and invoices for various administrative and operational needs
- Manage logistics in preparation for game days (distributing tickets, managing guest communication, managing credentialing needs, etc.)
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate and work alongside multiple entities to execute events, projects, and tasks.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and research as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Communication & Coordination
- Liaison between multiple entities to ensure clear and timely communication
- Screen, prioritize, and route incoming emails, calls, and information requests
- Coordinate and track action items and deadlines for necessary stakeholders
- Provide support for internal communication initiatives (staff updates, events, or announcements)

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- 1–3 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Physical Demands:
This position requires extended viewing of a computer screen and sitting for extended periods. The individual must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds, open file cabinets, bend or stand, and use a stepstool as necessary.
