FC Dallas Foundation & Community Relations 2026 MLS Season Intern
Description
The FC Dallas Foundation & Community Relations Intern will play a key role in supporting community engagement initiatives and Foundation programs that strengthen the FC Dallas, North Texas SC, and Toyota Stadium brands throughout the 2026 MLS season (year-long). This role supports impact initiatives that grow the FC Dallas fan base, increase awareness, and advance the Foundation’s mission to positively influence youth and communities in North Texas.
This year-long internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and industry knowledge within a professional sports organization. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments; however, evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required based on event and game schedules.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the planning and execution of FC Dallas Foundation & Community Relations events, fundraisers, and programs (including but not limited to Field Development, Gear Up, STEAM FC, the FC Dallas Unified Team, and Cocktails & Cleats)
- Assist the FC Dallas Foundation with gameday activations, auctions, and programming
- Help manage the FC Dallas Foundation’s donation request program
- Support the department with social media monitoring and content assistance for the Foundation & Community Relations accounts
- Assist with league-wide MLS community initiatives
- Contribute to administrative tasks, data management, and project logistics as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
