Job Summary
We staff all events held at Toyota Stadium year-round, including FC Dallas matches, high school sports, and concerts. This role is an hourly event-based position that will consist mostly of evenings and weekends. Parking Staff will arrive to the stadium roughly 4 / 4.5 hours prior to an event as the parking lots will open to the public 3 hours prior to the start of each event. Although staff are required to arrive early, the job is typically complete by half-time. This allows staff to check out and enjoy the remainder of the event or head home to have the rest of their evening. Staff will be stationed at one of our Toyota Stadium lots throughout their shift and will be responsible for selling parking, validating pre-paid passes, and maintaining the VIP parking list in certain locations (Platinum Lot / Gold Lot).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Handle ParkHub Mobile Point of Sale Device and run transactions for paid parking
- Work with staff and supervisors to help maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Be willing to problem solve and bring in supervisors to assist as necessary.
- Restrict certain lots (Platinum, Gold, South VIP) as necessary and explain to guests where they need to go.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from events.
- Exceptional customer-service skills. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who will create a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Weekend availability. Most events will be on weekends or evenings. You can choose which events to work, but we do expect staff to work the majority of events throughout the year.
- The ability to stand for a few hours at a time, and mobility is needed to walk around the stadium.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Customer service experience.
- General understanding of iPhone technology (ParkHub Mobile Point of Sale Devices Used)
