Accounting Coordinator

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accounts Payable team in a remote capacity at our Carlsbad, CA location (may be asked to come in to office on monthly basis). This position will primarily be responsible for executing both timely and accurate processing of supplier and vendor invoices and credits at Fashionphile. Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with various departments to research inquiries related to supplier payments.
- Communicate effectively with internal Company employees as well as external vendors as needed to address accounts payable inquiries.
- Assist with month-end accrual entries for expenses incurred for which invoices have not yet been received.
- Assist with processing year-end 1099s.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced experience with Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Extremely organized and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- -Nice to Have: Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on courses in accounting, finance, or related field
- -Nice to Have: experience working with SAGE 300 and Oracle NetSuite

Pay Rate: This position ranges from $20.00-$25.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location.
