The role

We are looking for a Managers and leads a team. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.

Motivates team members and maximizes performance.

Supports management teams on hiring and training, and provides updates on SLA (service level agreement). Provides/shares information on business, people and results.


  • Work closely with support teams such as Technicians, Process Engineering and Area Managers on problem solving and business goals;
  • Update production metrics and promote regular team communication;
  • Set clear team goals;
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines;
  • Oversee day-to-day operation;
  • Identify and support continuous improvement efforts;
  • Create an inspiring team environment;
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
  • Motivate team members, support skills development;
  • Manage training needs and provide coaching;
  • Listen to team members’ feedback;
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking;


  • Team management experience (industry market is a plus);
  • Leadership Capability;
  • Decisior making and prioritization;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams;
  • Actively listen to others and demonstrate understanding of different points of view;
  • Interest in personal learning and development;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Focus on the detail;
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Highly organized;
