Delivery Operations Business Analyst

Description

What you’ll do:

 

  • Define KPIs and develop dashboards and ensure its correct communication to all involved stakeholders;
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring Delivery performance metrics and project related analysis are channelled through the business;
  • Be a key player in multi-disciplinary, end-2-end project teams in order to address new logistics needs and continuous improvement projects;
  • Be the owner of Delivery performance data and lead the development of tools and KPIs that will support the improvement of customer and partner experience e.g. excel files, BI dashboards or machine learning services;
  • Identify, simulate the impact and propose creative solutions to improve service levels;
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams in order to address new delivery needs and continuous improvement projects;
  • Work with internal customers and external suppliers worldwide in order to address new and existing needs.

 

Who you are:

  • Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines; 
  • You have high learnability skills, flexibility and resilience to work in a fast paced environment;
  • A professional with excellent strategic thinking and customer oriented mindset;
  • Have a degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant degree;
  • Proficient in Excel (SQL is a plus);
  • Fluent English (mandatory);
  • Being passionate about ecommerce and technology is a plus.
