Talent Acquisition Executive
About the role:
We have grown exponentially as a business and as our Engineering and Data teams expand in London, we will be looking for a Tech recruiter with knowledge of these two worlds.
By using a combination of sourcing channels including social media, job boards, headhunting and meetups, you’ll be able to attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required for our growing business.
We’re looking for someone with either in-house or agency experience with solid experience managing a 360 recruitment process. Ideally you’ll have recruited into a Legal, Finance or Strategy space before, having a solid understanding of the types of roles that could arise and a pre-existing network of candidates, but it’s not essential. You’ll be comfortable working quickly to tight deadlines in a world that can be very busy and demanding, so adaptability is essential for this role.
We need someone who is a proactive trouble-shooter, who has high resilience to a fast moving environment and brimming with new ideas that will add to our already ‘be brilliant’ approach to sourcing top talent. You will be a super organized ‘doer’ and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
