The Role

You will be responsible for the operational pricing side of the business for the Farfetch marketplace including other direct partners and merchants, from the setup and implementation to follow up with stakeholders, focusing in optimizing the process to drive business results.

 What you’ll do

  • Set up of seasonal price implementation to assess full online potential, optimizing of product availability;
  • Perform the daily operations within the agreed SLAs towards all the business units and stakeholders;
  • Work closely with the internal teams - Brands teams, Account Management and the wider Commercial Team by giving insights about the current status through multiple requests and ensure good relationships;
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports to support internal teams;
  • Conduct regular analysis/audits to monitor the current pricing status and ensure alignment
  • Report relevant KPI’s within the scope of responsibility;
  • Communicate and/or resolving pricing related issues promptly;
  • Liaise with Tech teams to follow up on internal problem solving;
  • Support and seek for process optimization, quality assurance or growth opportunities, minimizing issues with speed and effective result;

  • Detail oriented, critical thinker with an aptitude for operational excellence;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Have retail experience and understanding of retail fashion/luxury is a bonus;
  • Well-versed in Excel, basic knowledge of SQL (is a plus);
