The role:

As a lead within the FPS Client Services team you will be a key player within a cross-functional team in providing best in class e-commerce strategy to deliver brand and business growth for your FPS portfolio of clients. This a perfect role for someone with proven experience in luxury retail and e-commerce to drive the future success of some of the most preeminent brands, boutiques and department stores in the industry. The role includes management and mentorship of a team of Senior E-Commerce Strategy Consultants and E-Commerce Strategy Consultants.


What you'll do:
  • Owner of a full portfolio of key FPS client relationships and responsible for formulating and implementing strategy to drive brand and business growth
  • Sets standard for flawless levels of client satisfaction across your client portfolio, with the ultimate measures of success being that they grow their business and deepen their partnership with FPS
  • Owning overall book of business, shaping client targets and ensuring client and overall targets are met
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into operational plans for all clients, developing plans to ensure clients are trading to target and helping roll out these plans mobilising a cross-functional team
  • Leads development and monitoring for key client and team KPIs
  • Leading on strategic cross-functional projects outside of core day-today activities (e.g. process improvement, operational efficiencies)
  • Managing, motivating and coaching a team ensuring the team is aligned to overall objectives and is able to motivate team in a highly pressurised environment
  • Able to help team prioritise an often challenging workload in order to maintain a balance between excellent client delivery and team wellbeing
  • Actively identifies opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
  • Leading all senior meetings and interactions with C-Level clients able to credibly lead strategy conversations
  • Ability to independently solve complex and contentious client issues
  • Working with Farfetch teams in order to drive client strategy to maximise sales and exposure across the wider Farfetch business
  • Lead POC for other members of the Farfetch business (Brand Partnerships, Farfetch Media Solutions, SOF)
  • Leading the cross-functional FPS team to ensure that they are motivated to deliver exceptional levels of service for our clients
  • Owns client forecasting and is able to deliver achievable but ambitious growth plans
  • Works closely with the product team in order to help shape the overall roadmap inputting key requirements from clients
  • Identify initiatives to build client revenue and opportunities to broaden the FPS services that a client partners with us on
  • Keeps abreast of industry developments and translates this knowledge into strategic guidance for brands and FPS
