The role

This role will be pivotal in building our reputation as a world-class employer of choice, through our People Promise (EVP), with responsibilities on develop & deliver ongoing employer brand campaigns & content that enhance our internal & external reputation as a love brand people dream to be a part of.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Global Head of Employer Brand & People Comms to ensure that the People Promise is fully leveraged throughout the employee journey, by developing appropriate campaigns & communication assets (e.g. internal engagement events, recruitment campaigns, referrals, and events, social media activations, etc.), using the visual comms team where appropriate
  • Proactively update & maintain content in our social EB channels, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, Twitter, Workplace, and others
  • Support the development roadmap of the employer brand website
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with regional Internal Comms reps
  • Management of the F-Tech Blog, in liaison with the Tech teams working as an editor and curator or content, as well as supporting the connection with visuals and gathering the needed content to bring it to life
  • Work closely with the Talent Attraction team to develop effective content & assets for recruitment events, talent hacks, roadshows & fairs
  • Liaise with internal teams as appropriate to gather content to bring the People Promise and our Culture to life
  • Work closely with the People Comms Specialists to ensure seamless delivery of content, including a consistent tone of voice
  • Track & report on the impact of the People Promise activations
  • Manage and further develop to scale the Farfetch World tool (internal platform/game for onboarding)

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
  • Proven experience in a communications, social marketing or employer brand role, ideally in the technology industry
  • Experience of rolling out employer brand initiatives globally, with an ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Engaging and creative communication style, adaptable to different audiences and channels
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A media/digital enthusiast with a demonstrable interest in social media, mobile technologies and emerging communication technologies and channels
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience of dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Excellent ability to write and speak fluently in English
