Description

  • What you’ll do:

     

    • Act as a partner to different Ops teams, supporting them to develop high value and actionable insights and eventually achieve their business goals by providing support in project management, data analysis, reporting, etc.;
    • Build up business case for each new initiative under Operations;
    • Develop approach and identify roles and responsibilities for each project;
    • Project manage the entire process of new projects and report to key stakeholders;
    • Work closely F-tech team and Business Owners to identify business requirement for each new initiative / improvement;
    • Follow up with F-tech team or other related external teams and update operations team on the progress of development of new functionalities;
    • Work with the data & BI teams to ensure data and reporting is timely and accurate;
    • Facilitate Continuous Improvement events and efforts involving all departments within e-Commerce operations;
    • Work on the standardization of Processes across teams;
    • Instill continuous improvement best practices across teams; 

     

     

    Who you are:

     

    • Bachelor degree in Management or Computer Science, Engineering, or related (preferable)
    • 4+ years of Consulting related experience, Operations related experience in logistics or payment is a plus;
    • Experience working in large scale organizations on a multi-national level with a multi-cultural team is a Plus
    • Ideally previous experience in a leading strategy or management consulting firm or strategy departments in corporate or PM departments in e-commerce or technology companies
    • Knowledge on Continuous Improvement / Lean Methodologies;
    • Good Project Management Skills; PMO certification is a Plus;
    • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work across different departments, scoping out needs and translating into output that makes sense, and connect and influence very diverse stakeholders
    • Comfortable in making decisions with uncertainty in a fast-moving environment;
    • Excellent teamwork with great influence skills;
    • Strong analytical mindset with creative problem solving ability;
    • Proactive, results driven with decision making capabilities;
    • Overall great commercial awareness, sees opportunities at tactical level;
    • Able to network and build relationships with 3rd parties that lead to value adding activities;
    • Self-confident, with ability to challenge with a smile
