    • Annual Salary Range: $72,000 - $82,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus opportunity. 

Position Summary: The Community Outreach Liaison builds and maintains relationships with community agencies, Veteran organizations, government entities and local medical and behavioral health groups.

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Serves as the main point of contact for referral partner needs. Ensures high priority referrals are scheduled.
  • Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with medical and behavioral health groups. Works with those groups to rapidly identify and address problems and develop best practices in support of patients’ access to behavioral health care.
  • Identifies stakeholders in local government, higher education and Veteran Service Organizations. Cultivates partnerships which highlight Family Care Center’s capacity to improve care and increase help-seeking behavior in the military, veteran and civilian communities.
  • Serves as a liaison to community organizations, including local state and federal government agencies, associated representatives and state judicial representatives.
  • Sets community outreach goals and manages and executes community outreach programs and events in close coordination with Regional Director of Operations.
  • Positively and professionally represents Family Care Center to the public to raise community awareness of services offered by the company.
  • Identifies barriers to behavioral health care in the community and works with stakeholders to address challenges and improve access to care.

Other Duties:

 

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three years’ experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations or sales required.
  • Experience with existing provider relations in the behavioral health preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software
