    • Hourly compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 depending on experience.

Position Overview: The Psychometrist – National Lead serves as a key support role within Family Care Center’s psychological testing services, providing high-quality, evidence-based care under the direct supervision of a credentialed licensed provider. This role supports the clinical and operational excellence of psychological testing services across all regions by facilitating training, mentoring new hires, assisting with program implementation, and serving as a resource for psych testing staff. The National Lead ensures standardization and clinical quality across psych testing programs while supporting client care delivery within scope and supervision parameters. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates training of newly hired psychometrists ensuring alignment with clinical and operational protocols.
  • Travels to Family Care Center clinics with psychologic testing programs to assist with the launch of new programs and standardization of existing programs.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on psychologic testing processes, including scheduling, intake coordination, and test administration.
  • Administers and scores neurocognitive, behavioral, and psychological tests.
  • Builds rapport with patients and encourages completion of all administered tests.
  • Carefully documents behaviors exhibited by patient during testing.
  • Collects, scores and produces reports from raw testing data.
  • Identify deviations from standard administration to supervising psychologist.
  • Ensures test security and proper storage of raw data.

Supervisory or Managerial Responsibility: 

  • None

Other Duties:

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Travel

  • 25% local and national travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Two years of experience in a mental health or related healthcare field, including at least six months of prior experience as a Psychometrist, required.
  • Active licensure with the State of Tennessee as a Certified Psychological Assistant is required if providing psychological testing services in Tennessee.
