Revenue Technology Manager
Description
Role: Revenue Technology Manager
Location: Toronto- Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
Who we are:
We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.
Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The role:
We’re looking for a Revenue Technology Manager to lead the evolution of the tools, systems, and
workflows that support our go-to-market teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
This role sits at the center of our revenue engine and is ideal for someone who is equally strong in
technology and people partnership. You will help shape how our GTM teams use technology day-to-day, while also leading cross-functional initiatives that improve adoption, simplify processes, and create more scalable ways of working.
This is not a back-office systems role. It is a hands-on, highly collaborative position for someone who can move between strategy and execution, translate business needs into practical solutions, and drive initiatives forward across a broad set of stakeholders. You will report to the Director of GTM Operations and work closely with GTM leaders, Rev Ops, Enablement, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
What you’ll do
- Lead and evolve EZRA’s revenue technology strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Own the day-to-day effectiveness of our GTM tech stack, ensuring tools are well adopted, well governed, and aligned to business needs
- Partner closely with stakeholders across GTM to identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify ways of working, and reduce friction across teams
- Identify, prioritize, and lead opportunities to apply AI and automation in practical ways that improve efficiency and support revenue performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Rev Ops, Marketing Ops, IT, and other partners to improve how systems connect and how information flows across the business
- Own CRM hygiene, process consistency, and data quality to ensure teams can work from accurate, complete, and actionable information
- Drive the prioritization and coordination of system enhancements, process improvements, and new technology initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders
- Lead vendor relationships and internal evaluations to assess new tools, run pilots, and ensure platforms are delivering meaningful value
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, IT, Finance, and external vendors to drive alignment, adoption, and execution
- Lead onboarding, training, playbook development, and ongoing enablement to help teams get the most value from the tools available to them
- Track and communicate adoption, usage, and impact across key GTM tools and AI initiatives
- Establish clear ownership, documentation, and governance so the tech stack remains effective, scalable, and easy to navigate
First 6 months – what success looks like
- Build a strong understanding of our current revenue tech stack, key workflows, and how teams are using the tools today
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and Finance to understand pain points, priorities, and areas of opportunity
- Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and tool usage across the GTM organization
- Assess data quality and process consistency and put forward a practical plan to address key gaps
- Define and prioritize a focused set of high-impact AI and technology opportunities aligned to GTM needs
- Lead 1-2 focused pilots with clear success metrics, structured feedback loops, and visible impact
- Refresh and improve core playbooks, documentation, and training content in partnership with Revenue Enablement
- Establish a regular operating rhythm with Finance and key business partners around tool usage, cost, and value
- Present a clear and practical roadmap for the next 6-12 months of Revenue Technology and AI priorities
About You
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar role
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms and GTM tools, ideally within a scaling business environment
- Experience working across cross-functional workflows spanning Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success
- A track record of improving processes, driving tool adoption, and helping teams work more effectively
- Comfortable partnering with IT and other internal teams on systems, workflows, and new initiatives
- Experience leading initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving change across teams
- A strong cross-functional partner who builds trust, credibility, and alignment across teams
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Interested in AI, automation, and process improvement, with a clear focus on real business value
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with clarity and follow-through
- A strong communicator who can lead change, drive adoption, and bring initiatives from idea to execution
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or other frontline GTM environments is a plus
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and modern GTM technology is a strong plus
