Who we are
Imagine what even the world’s most exceptional organizations could achieve if all their employees were coached to be their absolute best.
At EZRA, we’re on a mission to do just that. We believe that through professional coaching, people get to know themselves and their goals, weaknesses and hang-ups. And once they know all that, they can build on the good stuff and work on the rest.
This mindset applies not only to our clients but is manifested in our own EZRA family. We believe a happy team is a productive team. We want our people to care about and be proud of what they do.

The Role
We have two excellent opportunities for graduate business/organisational/I-O psychologists to join EZRA in our innovation labs! One role will be aligned to our R&D workstream, and one will be aligned to our client-facing applied stream.
What You'll Do:
  • Both roles will coordinate the operational systems that deliver assessments and reports to participants and their coaches.
  • Both roles will provide technical advisory support to teams across EZRA (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success etc.)
  • The R&D aligned role will focus on literature reviews, research study design, and statistics/data analysis to maintain our assessments and benchmarks. This role will work closely with our Product Managers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
  • The Applied Insights aligned role will focus on story-telling from data, using our data to create customer-facing insight reports and content. This role will work closely with our Solutions Consultants, Account Managers and Marketing experts.
About you
  • You find psychology, behavioural and data science fascinating! We blend these and other applied sciences together to enhance the EZRA coaching experience.
  • You will have completed (or be close to completing) a graduate education in applied psychology e.g., Business/Industrial-Organizational/Social Psychology.
  • You will have some applied work experience (approaching 1 year / 1year+) in an environment where you applied psychology in practice e.g., working with psychometric assessments, working with software that includes measurement tools (such as engagement/employee experience platforms).
  • You will be comfortable handling and visualising data.
  • You will be familiar and in statistical software packages, such as SPSS or 'R' (with a desire to learn 'R' if you don't know it today, and other tools over time).
  • Are looking for a broad role to build your range of experience in many areas of applied psychology.
