The SEM Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing company's overall SEM (SEA/SEO) strategy. This role is fast paced with attention to details and requires exceptional time management skills.

  Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute SEA/PPC campaigns globally based on Demand-Gen strategy.
  • Define our buyers’ persona/ICP and build audience to better target identified audience during campaign execution.
  • Implement and measure successful paid campaigns across channels.
  • Use Web Analytics to prepare and present reports on regular cadence.
  • Work towards paid and organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research and identify key SEO KPI's.
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPI's.
  • Work with web developers, content and marketing team to implement SEO best practices with overarching goal to get traffic and visibility from both organic and paid searches.
  • Use various data sources to report and optimize on content performance across web and PPC assets.
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner across digital assets.
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.




  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional SEM/SEO Experience.
  • 5+ years of working knowledge in executing PPC campaigns across various channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Sitecore, Marketo, and Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Demonstrates solid campaign management and optimization skills, take an analytics-oriented approach to business decisions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to drive results and self-directed in today's virtual work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make data backed business decisions.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certification a plus.
