THE ROLE

  • Direct contact for the local Distributors operating in a Region
  • The Internal Distribution Partner Account Manager (iDPAM) primary role is to drive corporate revenue from a sales-out perspective with deep focus on the Longtail of resellers.
  • Manages local Distributor accounts to support growth of Distributors and Distribution-managed partner base • Report to Geo iDPam leader.
  • Stakeholders – DPAM, Inside Sales Leader, RDs, Field Sales, Order Management, Channel managers and Country Managers

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fluent Dutch is needed for this role 
  • Multi-level peering within all disti entities in region and be first point of contact. Support the building and execution of consistent local plans to maximize and measure regional disti longtail performance.
  • Align to RD strategy and partner with regional DPAM to realize the Longtail potential of the territory.
  • Manage a consistent set of KPIs
  • Enable Cloud capability into and through local Disti
  • Ensure local Disti landscape is fit for purpose and make recommendations accordingly
  • Partner with distributor and Extreme channel marketing team to execute strategic marketing programs and activities
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with distributor as well as QMR and QOR.
  • Support the enablement of local Disti Partner Program compliance, including competence.
  • Training and development of distribution processes to facilitate self sufficency.
  • Support the operational requirements of the distribution partner and Extreme, including forecasting.
  • Total deal registration management within region, including auditing, approval / rejection and complete conversion to SFDC opportunity / BMI quote
  • Share best practices and initiatives, cover colleague absences when appropriate and maintain continuity-of-business plan for own accounts with colleagues
