The pay for this position is between CLP 1,675,000 per month and CLP 2,100,000 per month, and is dependent upon location, experience, skills, and training.

What you will do:
Responsible for delivering exceptional support to agents by resolving their inquiries, requests, and administrative processes efficiently and with a high standard of quality. This role serves as a critical link between agents and various support teams, fostering a positive experience aligned with the organization’s values. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process optimization opportunities and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.
- Respond promptly to agent inquiries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.).
- Address and resolve issues related to systems, processes, or specific services provided to agents.
- Manage administrative requests, including data updates, profile changes, and other agent-related processes.
- Escalate complex cases or technical issues to appropriate teams, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor and report key service metrics, such as response times and agent satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance support processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure all agent interactions adhere to established quality standards.
- Support special projects related to agent services, such as tool launches or process updates.
How you will grab our attention:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools and case management systems
- Basic understanding of administrative and operational processes in the real estate industry (preferred but not required).
- Ability to analyze service metrics and generate reports.
