What you will do:

The Marketing Executive will be a creative and proactive team player, leading the design and delivery of branded marketing materials, social media content, and agent resources. Acting as the first point of contact for UK agents, this role provides day-to-day support on brand guidelines, content creation, and campaign execution. By driving engaging digital content, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating across the business, the Marketing Executive will play a key part in strengthening eXp UK’s brand presence and empowering our agents to grow their businesses.

Creative & Design
  • Lead on the creation of branded marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, templates, and agent resources.
  • Design and adapt content to reflect eXp UK’s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Amend and format documents to ensure consistency across all marketing outputs.
Agent Support
  • Be the first point of contact for UK agents with marketing queries.
  • Provide guidance on brand guidelines, social media best practices, and content creation.
  • Approve agent-designed materials for brand compliance.
Social Media & Content
  • Develop engaging social media content to support both eXp UK’s brand and our agents’ businesses.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution across multiple digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the team to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas that resonate with agents and their audiences.
Collaboration
  • Work alongside the UK Marketing team to deliver projects and campaigns.
  • Support cross-department initiatives where creative input is required.
  • Ensure alignment with global eXp brand standards while tailoring content for the UK market.


How you will grab our attention:

Essential:
  • Strong social media background; minimum of 3 years experience
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or equivalent.
  • A creative eye with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Experience creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in real estate or a fast-paced, service-led industry.
  • Familiarity with video editing software or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.

Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection within the UK. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analysing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. 
Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team. Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration.
Equipment and Expenses: You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.
Company Meetings: Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings or training sessions at the company's headquarters or other designated locations. Prior notice will be provided, and any associated expenses will be covered by the company.
