What you will do:   
The Manager of Growth (FL) will be responsible for support of our ongoing growth, productivity, and cultural aspects of eXp Realty in Florida. eXp Realty has experienced, is experiencing and is well positioned for continued dynamic growth and is looking for the Manager, Growth (FL) to directly support our efforts to achieve sustainable growth through the attraction of productive real estate professionals who are also representatives of and contributors to the Company’s strong culture.   
The Manager, Growth will report to and support state leader(s) as they implement the Company's growth strategies in new and existing markets within Florida, and will work with our brokers to support and help all agents, Teams and Mega Teams with all aspects of their transition to eXp Realty.  
This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate agent attraction leader with significant experience and leadership acumen developed in Florida’s real estate market. In this role you will act as an ambassador to all agents and liaison to “agent sponsors”, agents and the Designated Managing Broker.   
You will offer a strong track record of recruiting, identifying prospects, leading and inspiring teams, and of employing a collaborative approach to development and a tireless work ethic. This is a position that requires maturity and a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the Company and its agent shareholders and customers ahead of personal needs.  
  • Increase number of quality agents in Florida and the company as a whole  
  • Works with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies to achieve company strategic growth goals in in Florida  
  • Works with senior leadership to develop and refine procedures and best practices for building culture and agent attraction  
  • Supports all agents, Teams and Mega Teams transitioning to eXp in Florida  
  • Identifies, attracts and evaluates agents in Florida  
  • Tracks incoming teams and brokerages and provides metrics to senior leadership   
  • Assists agents across all revenue share groups with growth in assigned region by conducting attraction appointments, leading group attraction sessions (both live and in the cloud)  
  • Works with the USA Attraction Compliance Teams to learn and to develop best practices, and to correct situations that are not in line with Company policy.  
  • Represents Florida while attending all Growth Ops Standups  
  • Drives attendance at Cloud sessions and events and drives attendance at the Company’s major live annual events  
  • Increases agent engagement with the company and the cloud environment through their support at live regional events, special in world regional events, building company culture and continuously identifying the company’s value proposition  
  • Works closely with Florida state brokers to create and support communication of all onboarding teams.  
  • Support agents and their sponsors as they transition to eXp Realty.  
  • Collaborate with Onboarding team for a seamless transition for agents to eXp Realty  
  • Culture Keeper for Florida Growth Team  
  • Support the Growth Staff with processes, guidance and best practices  
  • Other Accountabilities as Assigned  
How you will grab our attention:   
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience 
  • High School Diploma / GED required  
  • Holds an active real estate license with 5+ years experience in the real estate industry  
  • High Level understanding of real estate brokerage models and value propositions to agents  
  • Success in motivating a geographically remote workforce  
  • Ability and willingness to lead and motivate others including a track record of growth and/or culture building  
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in individual and group settings both internal and external  
  • Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency  
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment  
  • Possess the highest degree of integrity  
  • Willingness and ability to travel
