We are one of the first all-remote companies with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp world. This role is work-from-anywhere in South Africa.
This contract role is 6 months duration with potential to renew upon mutual agreement. The targeted start date is June 3rd, 2024. The total base pay for this position starts at ZAR 18,000/month in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to ZAR 20,000/month in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.

What you will do: 
We are looking for an Agent Support Coordinator to manage our virtual front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the virtual reception
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and offices
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Take Messages when agents aren’t available, and send emails and whatsapp’s to agents to assist them with referrable business and leads.
  • Upload leads received to Workplace - 100% South African
  • Manage birthday calendars
  • Schedule meetings (in lieu of the offices in Ops in the near future)
  • Guided Tours with guests / new agents as and when required, ad hoc
  • Assist Agent Services Lead, ad hoc
  • Call the newly onboarded agents, welcome them and guiding them to the PDF and training etc
  • Work with Global Administrative Assistant where required, understand the internal marketing platforms
  • Assist agents with opening tickets for support in Operations
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in the Real Estate industry
  • Bi-lingual – beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Hands on approach and ‘anything can do attitude’
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service passionate – looking for a positive result
  • Matriculated
  • Be able to handle pressure well
  • Must be able to work remotely
