What you will do:
The Revenos Coordinator, Operations will be responsible for supporting all operations, growth and productivity aspects of eXp Relocation Division in REVENOS & Affiliated Services by helping build and manage Standard Operating Procedures, working with our Brokers, Agents, corporate clients and all other eXp operational staff and initiatives. Must be competent and able to work directly with the Sr. Director of Global Relocation Services.
- Ensures that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support & customer service to brokers and agents.
- Works directly with Sr Director, Global Relocation to manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual operation manuals at the state and national levels.
- Follow all national, federal and state laws ensuring total compliance of all real estate transactions under REVENOS.
- Assists in planning long-term or short term organizational objectives.
- Provides consultation or expert advice to management and all other eXp operational staff.
- Support innovation in how the company can efficiently assist its growing national agent base in terms of brokerage operations.
- Tracks and manages Revenos agent network and division documents in shared drives through Google.
- Delivers inbound referrals to Revenos managers and works with them to validate completion.
- Arranges, manages, and completes execution of Revenos training, certifications, agent management of certified teams, expiration dates, and tracking.
- Maintains our Revenos database of referrals (our transaction management system), accurately entering all data, pulling daily, weekly, monthly reports to enable managers to manage their caseloads. Keep all systems up to date
- Manages, maintains, troubleshoots and supports the database which drives our business including but not limited to data entry, reporting, analytics, and day-to-day management of data and technology coordinating with IT as needed.
- Support managers if necessary with file updates in the system.

How you will grab our attention:
- High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
- 0-2 years experience
- Associate's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of eRelocation File Management System
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Project Management
