What you will do:
A Team Services Support Analyst creates, maintains and dissolves teams in the US Realty division.  The Analyst will manage documentation, keep accurate team records, update agent payplans, and coordinate with the team leader and team members from onboarding through the lifecycle of the team.  Analysts support the teams in their assigned regions.
Document Management
  • Send and monitor documentation needed for adding or removing an agent from a team
  • Dissolve Teams that are listed on the Offboarding Report
  • Sign documents, Monitor and Track Errors on Team Documents 
  • Collaborate with coworkers on documents missing from current teams
  • Support for Team releases for Referral Division

 

Communication
  • Monitor and follow up in assigned chats 
  • Monitor and follow up on all Emails 

 

Team Management
  • Assist Onboarding or Brokerage Ops for issues with team agents
  • Audit List of Teams for accuracy
  • Audit Team Rosters for correct Skyslope offices 

 

Support
  • Offer support to other staff as needed regarding team agents
  • Create content for agent-facing marketing materials
  • Utilize eXp World for training and staff support

 

Meetings/Training
  • Attend Team Training Sessions weekly
  • Present and review topics/projects with eXp Staff
  • Complete assigned training in a timely manner by due dates given
  • Learn and develop good communication skills

 

Other Software
  • Utilize Trello Board / Holaspirit to keep track of projects with leads and managers
  • Utilize Hubspot Ticket platform assign unassigned tickets:

 

Projects as needed
  • Team Services Projects as needed 
  • Assist Leads in training as needed
  • Updating existing guides or create new guides for process changes
  • Assess processes to recommend improvements

  • Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.

  • Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities or self-directed learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
  • Remote Work experience required 
  • Dedicated home-office/work space 
  • Advanced Trello experience preferred
  • Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 0-2 years experience 
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service including conflict resolution required
  • Experience in Google Suite, Hubspot, task management software, Dropbox sign, Trello preferred
