This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about building high-impact partnerships across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Recruitment & Activation
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Benelux, the Nordics, and France, with a focus on VARs, Resellers, MSSPs, and Distributors.
  • Lead partner onboarding workflows, including system access, program alignment, and delivery of key enablement assets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during initial partner engagement and early-stage activation.
  • Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and partner satisfaction metrics.
Partner Enablement & Growth
  • Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational teams within partner organizations.
  • Deliver and coordinate regional workshops, webinars, and training sessions (live and on-demand).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to localize and tailor partner content to regional market needs.
  • Monitor and report on partner certifications, engagement levels, and enablement milestones.

Joint Business Planning & Execution

  • Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, demand creation, and field-led marketing initiatives.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to continuously improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner performance, enablement activities, and business growth within CRM and partner systems.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience working with partners across Benelux, the Nordics, and/or France, including familiarity with regional procurement practices and regulatory considerations.
  • Understanding of SIEM, UEBA, and AI-driven security operations platforms, and their relevance within the European cybersecurity landscape.
  • Experience with partner portals, enablement platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across multicultural environments.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • A passion for partner success, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
