Job Summary

We are looking for a mid–senior level Technical Support Engineer to support highvalue enterprise customers in India, working primarily with LogRhythm SIEM. This is a customerfacing role focused on resolving complex technical issues, owning cases endtoend, and providing a high standard of technical engagement.

The role also offers opportunities to broaden experience by supporting regional customers across Exabeam’s full product set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for enterprise customers, owning support cases from investigation through to resolution.
  • Act as a trusted technical contact for highvalue Indian customers, delivering clear communication and regular updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across network communications, Linux, Windows Server, and SQLbased environments.
  • Analyse logs, configurations, and system behaviour to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions or workarounds.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or Engineering teams with clear summaries and supporting technical evidence.
  • Collaborate with regional and global support teams to ensure consistent, highquality customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Technical Support Engineer / Customer Support Engineer role supporting enterprise software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, methodical approach to problemsolving.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, proxies).
  • Handson experience supporting Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including querying and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a ticketbased support environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience supporting LogRhythm SIEM in customer or production environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, UEBA, or log management solutions.
  • Any experience with Elasticsearch or similar indexing/data platforms.
  • Any previous Experience supporting cloudbased or SaaS platforms on modern cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP), including troubleshooting networking, access, logging, and operational issues in distributed, customerfacing environments. (beneficial but not required).
