We are seeking a talented and professional Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Principals/Directors/Managing Directors and our Alliance team to strategically pursue new recruitment opportunities.
  • Identify, attract, and close the best talent that aligns with hiring plans and core values through utilization of recruiting and sourcing strategies for our Data/Technology Affinity Groups.
  • Partner closely with Technology/Data hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and effective hiring strategies.
  • Facilitate applicants through each stage of the interview process and communicate with appropriate hiring managers on a regular basis regarding status of applicants.
  • Serves as an active participant alongside your TA team peers to develop our brand and bring it to life in how we engage communities and candidates.
  • Understand complex tech stacks, hiring needs, and local market trends.
  • Facilitate competency-based interviewing panels, understand assessment tools and inclusive interview practices.
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Build, nurture, and develop talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, collaborate, and share your creative energy as a business partner for our continued growth.
  • Participate in other TA projects as needed.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop action plans and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Remain committed to successful delivery to Team Members and external partners/resources (success metrics involve providing quality execution on deliverables, being a SME in your craft, receiving internal/external satisfaction with work).
  • Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all project initiatives within engagement timeline goals.
  • Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
  • Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition with recent experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to drive results.
  • Possesses strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience closing all levels of candidates including senior level and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem skills are required.
  • Must have experience proactively sourcing resumes from multiple sources.
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to director level.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to time manage and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter who enjoys being part of a team.
