We are seeking a talented and professional Alliance Director to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for growing business by driving pipeline and revenue through Alliance channels.
  • Create and own the Alliance plan, which includes alliance led revenue, co-sell pipeline and other metrics to measure ROI from partnership.
  • Bring in Alliance best practices.
  • Quickly learn and articulate evolv’s offerings, solutions and alliance value proposition.
  • Managing the Snowflake partner relationship and building long-lasting relationships to drive business growth.
  • Track alliance strategy/GTM and align evolv’s strategy accordingly.
  • Build relationship with executives, field sales teams, industry unit leaders to position evolv as a partner of choice and help develop customer pipeline.
  • Work closely with evolv sales/industry/marketing teams to develop GTM plans, sales plays and co-sell motions with Alliance.
  • Track and facilitate participation in all key events of Alliance, promote evolv offerings and capabilities & develop the right level of connections to enable our sales teams.
  • Getting evolv the right partnership status levels in business of interest for evolv. Getting an entry into a new Alliance partnership.
  • Managing strategic partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Managing database of Alliance connections/contacts in accounts with details to track necessary information.
  • Understands the positive impact of building client partnerships to develop brand.
  • Manage a book of business with an annualized basis and gross margin of 40%–50% that corresponds with you position level.
  • Adept in initiating and closing strategic/enterprise deals with previous, current or future clients.
  • Provides clear, measurable, and strategically aligned team goals.
  • Champion of our mission, vision, and core values.
  • Drives performance standards/metrics with a proven capacity to marshal resources and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in alliance management function (at least 5+ years).
  • Demonstrating a track record of driving revenue through networking with clients and partners.
  • Experience developing and implementing channel strategies and programs for technology services organizations.
  • Experience with data platform organizations (Snowflake strongly preferred).
  • Proven record of having driven revenue through alliance partners. Consistent record of having achieved and exceeded assigned targets.
  • Passionate, self-motivated about work, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, high energy with an agile mindset.
  • Knowledgeable in foundational enterprise technologies such as cloud, compute, data & analytics, and AI/ML.
  • Possessing strong executive presence and confidence in presenting at all levels.
  • Highly independent with natural networking skills with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of quickly analyzing and executing in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge, and making things happen.
  • Experience organizing, coordinating, leading and ensuring successful alliance events throughout the year (being able to communicate success through successful measurements/metrics).
  • Experience “managing up” by setting clear expectations around delivery and keeping the team organized.
