We are seeking a talented and professional LATAM – Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement services using “infrastructure as code” primarily with tools like terraform or helm.
• Collaborate with team members to define technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions based on product requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and performance.
• Contribute to documentation and help maintain development best practices.
• Contribute to the deployment and support of a low-latency DACI+ (Data Access Control & Integration) capability used for real-time data enrichment and load shedding.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment pipelines to support DACI+ microservices and data pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, observability, and high availability of the deployed DACI+ infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development.
• Proficiency with Python, Java or other object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Exposure to monitoring and performance instrumentation in production systems.
  • Experience with databases and data platforms (e.g., Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with messaging or event-streaming systems (e.g., Kafka).
