Sales Specialist, North East & Yorkshire
Description
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within your territory, focusing on driving new business and lead generation.
- Build lasting customer relationships by adopting a long-term, trust-based approach.
- Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
- Leverage the Evolus Service Platform (ESP) to support healthcare professionals (HCPs) with marketing, medical education, and practice management needs.
- Collaborate with Medical Service Liaisons (MSL), Medical Affairs Clinicians (MAC), and HCP Advocates to communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of Evolus products.
- Deliver sales presentations, promotional activities, and educational events to engage and inform clients.
- Partner with your line manager to implement commercial strategies and account plans, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and client support.
- Analyze sales data, customer segments, growth opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
- Represent Evolus at key national, regional, and industry events, including congresses (may require overnight or weekend commitments).
- Record all customer interactions and activities daily within the CRM system.
- Complete all company administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and take on additional duties as assigned.
- Consistently act with professionalism, embodying Evolus’ values and standards in all interactions.
- Location – Remote field based.

- Other duties as assigned overnight stays.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Inside Sales.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating change, building solutions, and driving innovation.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Full, clean driving license.
- ABPI qualification (or willingness to complete within two years).
