This individual will be part of a small, highly motivated IT team, responsible for managing and maintaining corporate IT systems and infrastructure for our growing company. This role will be the point of contact for all Evolus staff (remote and HQ) and will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all staff, devices and third-party services that keep our office running efficiently. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role: 
  • Tier II-escalated support of corporate applications, cloud-infrastructure, and client hardware to include Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication, Microsoft 365 (i.e., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, etc.), other cloud/SaaS applications, LAN/WAN, Windows/Mac laptops, iPads, and mobile devices.
  • Work with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred) to manage user requests and support. 
  • Create and maintain internal and external technical knowledge articles to streamline issue resolution and support a cross-functional team. 
  • Support IT processes relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) IT General Controls, such as access provisioning, deprovisioning, and user access review. 
  • Assist in the creation or enhancements of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day operations and ensure they are adhered to. 
  • Support and maintain user provisioning and deprovisioning automated workflows and administer user accounts in Microsoft 365/Entra ID. 
  • Provide feedback to the IT Management team with ways to streamline support for end-users and enhance automation of deployment of equipment. 
  • Assist with infrastructure enhancements across technology stacks such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and similar cloud platforms. 
  • Provide escalated support of conference rooms and other AV equipment (e.g., Teams Meeting Rooms & Crestron preferred) 
  • Maintain accurate asset management by maintaining records of all systems in production, and in stock, or retired. 
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member: 
  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or related field trade certificates comparable to degree/experience preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience providing desktop or end-user support. 
  • 3+ years of work experience supporting end-users on Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID and M365 applications to include Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. 
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 accounts, groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, emails, and applications as well as related Microsoft 365 resources (mailboxes, 365 groups, user permissions). 
  • Experience assisting employees of varying levels of computer expertise; ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to staff of all levels of technical sophistication. 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions. 
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and documented internal processes. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently when required. 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 
  • Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients. 
  • Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Apple MacOS Operating Systems, and iOS/Android.  
  • MCSA, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or better preferred. 
  • Experience implementing and maintaining SOX compliance is preferred.

Compensation & Total Rewards 
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $34.00 to $43.00.  Your actual hourly rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
