We are seeking an experienced and driven Director, Talent Acquisition, to drive strategic recruitment efforts aligned to evolving business needs. This Director, Talent Acquisition is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, analytics and insights to continue to build out a world-class team of top talent. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment to role requirements and strategies to find top talent to fit those needs. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
• Creating and driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring approach and talent acquisition projects are aligned with organizational objectives and processes.
• Closely partnering with the Human Resource Business Partners and Talent Development teams to ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
• Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
• Creating and providing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization that ensure diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
• Collaboration with stakeholders on workforce planning and aligning talent acquisition strategy to execute objectives.
• Building and fostering relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes.
• Lead and participate in meetings with talent acquisition managers and other executives.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.
• Creating and guiding training initiatives and education policies around the talent acquisition process and operations.
• Analyzing and presenting regular reports and dashboards on talent needs, forecasting, key insights & analytics
• Drive and own collaboration with marketing and HR teams to continue to evolve the employer branding and candidate-centric experience
• Lead initiatives that position Evolus as an employer of choice
• Successfully develop and lead a Talent Acquisition team of recruiters and specialists
• Responsible for owning a small number of requisitions and ensuring a frictionless process for hiring managers and candidates
• Managing vendor partnerships and ensuring strong partnerships

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies at a high level.
• Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
• Expert at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes and building out workflows and efficiencies.
• Strong fluency with Talent Acquisition systems and successful experience creating talent acquisition reports and dashboards.
• Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage recruitment teams.
• Ability to align recruitment processes with broader business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to improve hiring processes.
• A thorough understanding of state and federal legal processes, requirements, and legislation.
• Ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices
• Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities.
• Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.
• Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous, hard-working, and goal driven.

Compensation & Total Rewards:
This is an exempt position. The expected salary range for this position is $182,000 - $228,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
