 Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the Office Manager role:
  • Champion the Evolus employee and HQ experience
  • Provide support to office enhancement and expansion activities including Evolus task management, raising PO’s and ensuring contracts and invoices are managed in a timely manner
  • Manage space planning for employee and team seating arrangements
  • Responsible for end-to-end coordination of onsite meal catering (breakfasts, lunches, events)
  • Responsible for office maintenance (kitchen, bathroom, conference rooms, service elevator, injection room)
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of workplace policies and procedures to ensure they meet the most current regulatory requirements 
  • Organize, coordinate and oversee employee and Friends and Family injection days
  • Partner with The Irvine Company and Facilities Management service providers to ensure janitorial, repairs & maintenance, shipping & receiving and move operations are efficient, effective and meet the contractual obligations
  • Ensure compliance and effective execution for emergency preparedness
  • Fulfill the role of Fire Warden for HQ
  • Assist with workplace initiatives and programs (some weekends)
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities that focus on cost reductions, efficiencies, quality improvement, risk mitigation, industry, as well as and supply trends and other relevant factors
  • Manage the facilities email box and all office related communications.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively bring together resources to fulfill those needs
  • Assist in various projects as needed
  • Provide back-up support for Reception as needed
Executive Assistant Support:
  • Provide EA support to a limited number of key executives (approx. 20% of time allocated)
Skills and Qualifications Required for this role:
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in an office administrator or receptionist role
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • High degree of professionalism and tact to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task; excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex projects on schedule and on budget
  • Ability to take initiative, use good judgment and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

  • Office Location - Newport Beach, CA (Tu – Th on site; M & F onsite as required)
  • Position reports directly into our SVP, IT & Operations
The expected hourly pay for this position is $38 - $47.   Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on several considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
