We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Director, Head of HA Franchise, to join our Marketing Team reporting to VP, Upstream and Commercial Marketing. This individual will lead the commercial strategy for the newly launched Evolysse line of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) gels in the United States, along with pipeline HA assets. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with significant upstream and downstream marketing experience, who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and who can deliver quick and impactful results by effectively engaging and influencing leaders across the organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
- Establish the Marketing team goals, tactical plans, market research / analytics plans, program effectiveness and campaign ROI to drive constant improvement and revenue attainment for the Evolus HA product line
- Oversee development and execution of cohesive marketing plans that drive revenue, including professional and consumer loyalty programs, sales promotions, new account acquisition strategies, product branding, creative, co-branded marketing/DTC campaigns, social and digital media
- Leading a cross functional team to flawlessly execute the Evolysse commercialization plan.
- Developing clear, differentiated positioning that can be easily communicated through all touchpoints (sales talk tracks, marketing materials, etc.); additionally, as new papers are published, distill down insights and update positioning.
- Establish and refine revenue projections based on multiple scenarios / timelines
- Defining and leading the Evolysse launch strategy in the United States.
- Translating insights from market research and sales trends into actionable strategies and promotions.
- Creating a strong partnership with the medical, legal, and regulatory review team to optimize and streamline processes and act as the content owner for branded Items.
- Lead competitive strategies to protect and grow existing customer base
- Maintain leadership within industry with customers, associations, and other stakeholders
- Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Travel requirements - up to 30% travel
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A proven leader able to coach, grow and engage marketing teams
- 15+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 7 years’ leading marketing teams.
- Extensive upstream and downstream marketing experience
- Experience launching new products
- Energized by building, innovating, and executing what’s next
- A creative thinker with a disciplined approach to execution
- Organized and able to multitask to effectively manage competing priorities
- A highly effective communicator and influencer.
- Flexibility & ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation & Total Rewards
This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $240,000 to $270,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply.
Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
