We are seeking an experienced and talented Campaign Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for our portfolio of products. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audiences and support overall business objectives. 
 
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience in managing marketing campaigns. They will demonstrate the ability to deliver quick and impactful results by effectively engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the organization. 
  Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:   
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligning with the company’s brand, goals, and target audience. Work closely with third-party agencies to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Program Performance Tracking, Optimization & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with external partners to continuously optimize campaign strategies and enhance ROI.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee and coordinate multi-platform campaigns, including digital (social media, email, PPC), traditional (TV, billboards), and influencer marketing, to maximize reach and impact in collaboration with third-party vendors.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for campaigns executed by third-party vendors, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams (design, content, and production) to develop compelling visuals, copy, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.  
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted marketing messages that enhance engagement and conversions. Ensure agencies are targeting the appropriate audiences for each campaign.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor campaigns to identify new opportunities and enhance current strategies.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities.  
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.  
  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries.  
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and traditional media campaigns, from strategy to execution and analysis.  Including vendor management and analysis.
  • Experience working closely with third-party agencies to drive campaign success and achieve performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing trends in the beauty and aesthetics sector.  
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).  
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.  
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.  
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.  
Preferred Skills:  
  • Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships. 
  • Experience managing relationships with external marketing agencies, including performance tracking and providing strategic direction.
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty and retention strategies within the aesthetics or beauty space.  
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in the beauty and aesthetics industries.  
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.  
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or other project management tools.
  • Specific experience with data warehouse tools like Snowflake and using SQL.

    Compensation & Total Rewards:
     
    The expected base pay range for this position is $130,200- $159,500. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
