We are seeking an experienced Contract International Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team reporting to the Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Management based in Toronto, Canada. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on European logistics and distribution, while also playing a key role in global supply chain activities such as serialization, trade compliance, vendor management, and packaging. You’ll be at the center of ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across borders—contributing directly to Evolus’ mission to deliver with excellence. Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Logistics & Distribution Excellence: Lead and coordinate global logistics and European distribution operations—from manufacturing sites all the way to our customers. Oversee inbound shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and warehouse delivery while keeping documentation clear, accurate, and accessible for all stakeholders. 
  • Driving Supply Chain Performance: Monitor and manage 3PL and carrier performance against agreed commitments and SLAs. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, while sharing key insights through clear performance metrics and reporting.
  • Enabling Growth & Innovation: Take ownership of the supply chain workstream for new product launches and market expansions. Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution, regulatory compliance, and serialization readiness.
  • Collaboration & Compliance at the Core: Work closely with Customer Experience Representatives to support seamless distribution to pharmacies and healthcare providers. Safeguard regulatory and quality standards across all shipments, while managing invoice approvals, purchase orders, and budget tracking with transparency and accuracy.
  • Contract remote role based in the Netherlands
  • Up to 10% travel

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics.
  • Strong background in managing cold chain and controlled ambient shipments, as well as distribution and storage.
  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use it as a key tool for planning and analysis.  
  • A proven ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
Preferred Qualifications…
  • An advanced degree in a related field. 
  • Fluency in Dutch
