Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products.We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior International Brand Manager to join our International Marketing Team reporting to the Executive Director, International Strategic Marketing. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. Your mission is to grow Nuceiva and Estyme by aligning global vision with international needs, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and delivering campaigns that inspire healthcare professionals, engage consumers, and achieve strong commercial outcomes.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Lead International Brand Strategy: Drive the development and execution of Nuceiva and Estyme brand strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing international market needs. 
  • Expand Brand Reach: Champion adoption and access of Nuceiva and Estyme among healthcare professionals across international markets.
  • Leverage Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with global marketing, creative, medical affairs, and professional education teams to ensure messaging, materials, and tactics are aligned and impactful.
  • Oversee Material Development: Guide the creation and adaptation of B2B and B2C marketing materials, digital assets, and promotional tools, ensuring consistency, compliance, and brand integrity.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Own sales targets, profitability, and budget management, optimizing spend to support international marketing objectives.
  • Implement Operational Initiatives: Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, incorporating local market understanding, product mix, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
  • Track ROI & Impact: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and materials across countries, ensuring tactics deliver measurable results and strategic value.
  • Foster Leadership & Collaboration: Build strong, cross-functional relationships, support teams proactively, and lead by example in promoting a cohesive international marketing approach.
  • Engage Locally and Globally: Maintain visibility through field visits and active involvement in local initiatives, ensuring alignment between global strategy and market execution. 
  • Office Location - Milan (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). 
  • Up to 30% travel.

      Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      • 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales management, with a strong leadership track record. 
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Global marketing expertise, with experience across diverse geographies.
      • A track record of successfully leading product launches in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Aesthetics industries, with a particular focus on Toxins and Fillers, driving impact and market growth. 
      • Deep understanding of ethical marketing practices and the medical aesthetics landscape.
      • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and influence both direct and cross-functional teams.
      • Exceptional analytical, creative, and communication skills (English fluency required).
      • Solid grasp of forecasting, production, and operational dynamics.
      • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix environments.
      • Passionate brand champion with a proven ability to deliver impactful results.
      • Skilled in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing to stay responsive and flexible in a dynamic setting. 
       
      Preferred Qualifications…
      • Advanced Digital & Omnichannel Expertise: Proven experience driving digital marketing, social media, and multichannel campaigns in healthcare or medical aesthetics, translating insights into measurable impact.
      • Global Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks, promotional compliance, and medical communications approvals to ensure brand integrity across markets.
      • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies, distributors, and cross-functional partners globally.

      Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
