Position Summary:

We are searching for a Transaction Manager to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all aspects of the transaction. On this team, your experience with strategic planning, site search up to contract close, will make a difference. This role also encompasses escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections, procuring estimates for improvements, and working closely with third party brokers to manage negotiations and overall documentation of deal flow in database. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to details and is teamwork oriented and self-motivated.

  • Manage broker relationships and negotiate the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products, including land, and industrial.
  • Collaborate with field brokers to facilitate client review and approval of fine points of transactions.
  • Draft and create and/or compiles relevant documents, including but not limited to project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value.
  • Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker. Negotiates leases and lease amendments. Monitors lease expirations. Negotiates lease renewals within prescribed timeline
  • Monitor and track transaction activity on a regular basis to ensure database is up to date with status.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Salesforce and Site Tracker experience a plus.
  • PowerPoint acumen and presentation skills.
