Position Summary:

Charge your career and join EVgo’s Enterprise IT team as a  Enterprise Application Business  Analyst, the Enterprise IT team is responsible for supporting the Data Warehouse, NetSuite, Salesforce and a variety of SaaS solutions that help drive the company’s initiatives for multiple business functions including Sales, Marketing, Services, Support and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and delivering solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of EVgo’s processes and applications. The Main responsibilities are to act as a product owner that deeply understands EVgo’s current state business processes, challenges & supporting tech stack and recommends & delivers innovative solutions that will scale. Work environment will be hybrid.


  • Gather functional and technical detailed requirements from stakeholders on projects to include: new processes, data feeds, reports, dashboards, or change requests.
  • Analyzing requirements of the business users to ensure that the project meets functional and operational goals, and to identify process impact and improvement
  • Document processing requirements, data needs and business flows
  • Assist in monitoring deliverables and ensure timely completion of on-going projects
  • Participation in testing to ensure that functional, processing and data requirements are met
  • Document and communicate the results of on-going efforts to maximize efficiencies
  • Assist QA in developing test cases based on requirements
  • Help create Enterprise IT roadmaps based on conversations between company stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Able to communicate effectively to cross-functional personnel with varying degrees of technical proficiency
  • Willingness to own and ability to learn system configuration and user setup as needed. Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specs. Able to identify unspoken/ conflicting requirements and drive meaningful change even going against the grain (as needed)
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a fast paced environment

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent business analyst skills. Must have strong track record of documenting business requirements from various business teams
  • Ability to lead and manage UAT testing sessions, and documenting testing use cases
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, develop presentations for different levels of leadership
  • Versatile and effective communicator - Must be able to interact with diverse group of individuals with very different styles and backgrounds.
  • Ability to see the big picture and the details - Must be able to step back from day-to-day to ensure that overall project goals and direction are well managed.
  • Financial services, Data Warehouse, Salesforce experience expertise is a plus
