Responsibilities: 
  • Manage comprehensive lead generation activities for three vertical B2B product groups: PlugShare Research, PlugShare Data Products, and PlugShare Advertising.  
  • Manage development and execution of outbound marketing B2B tactics.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients.  
  • Manage the process of identifying vertical targets and designing verticalized outreach efforts.
  • Manage email campaigns to showcase the value and relevance of PlugShare's offerings.
  • Synthesize information and materials from the marketing and product teams to tailor messages for prospects.  
  • Manage contractors who provide sales support, design, and list generation services.
  • In partnership with marketing and product, teams create and deliver presentations to prospects.
  • Make outbound calls to set up initial meetings; nurture and cultivate new relationships with key decision-makers to hand-off to product teams.
  • Represent PlugShare at conferences and events and establish face to face relationship with prospects. 
Required Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • 3+ years in sales or sales development. 
  • Expertise in using Salesforce.com (other sales development tools/methodologies are also a plus, including Outreach, PowerPoint, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gsuite). 
  • Familiarity with the electric vehicle or green energy landscape, or a strong desire to learn and quickly build expertise. 
 
For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
