Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Staff Embedded Software team hosting daily standups, assigning tickets, managing the backlog.
- Manage project budget, BOM cost, project schedule, and EVSE performance to target.
- Provide cross-functional leadership for EVSE projects collaborating with Systems, Electrical, Mechanical teams.
- Establish project schedule working with suppliers, EVgo engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Present periodic project status updates to the leadership team.
- Lead technical team product development meetings.
- Track feature requirements and requests in JIRA.
- Participate in design and project reviews and with suppliers, virtually and in person.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BS or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- +10 years of experience with software development and program management
- Experience with Software Development tracking and reporting with JIRA.
- Product Launch experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial or consumer electronics fields.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DC Fast Charging.
- Mandarin Language proficiency a plus.
- Experience with charging cloud protocol Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is a plus.
- Experience with charging protocols such as SAE 1772, DIN SPEC 70121, ISO 15118 is a plus.
For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $195,000 USD to $205,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
